Siena Heights junior Justin Bateson placed 106th in the men's race while Beth Heldmeyer took 177th among the women at the NAIA Cross Country Championships, which were held on Saturday.

Three Siena Heights cross country runners will compete at the NAIA Championships, which will be held just south of the U.S./Canada border on Saturday.

The Siena Heights Women's Cross Country Team placed 6th at the WHAC Championship Meet, while Beth Heldmeyer placed 12th overall, earning 2nd Team All-WHAC recognition.

Beth Heldmeyer led the Siena Heights Women’s Cross Country Team to a 23^rd place finish at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge Cross Country Invitational.

Beth Heldmeyer ran to 17th place as the Siena Heights women's cross country team competed at Oakland Community College's Hargett Harrier on Saturday.
