Men's XC Team Earns At-Large Berth to NAIA Championship Meet, Two Women Qualify As Well

The Siena Heights Men's Cross Country Team has been selected as one of the 32 teams to compete at the NAIA National Championship Meet in Vancouver, Washington.
The meet will take place at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site on November 19th.
The Saints qualified as an at-large selection after finishing 2nd in the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference.  The Saints will run with Justin Bateson, Mark Haukereid, Andrew Mark, Jesiah Rodriguez, Kyle Smith, David Weeks, and Zack Widner.  The Saints go into the race ranked #20 in the NAIA, up three spots after their WHAC Championship Meet performance.
On the women's side, both Beth Heldmeyer and Lyndsay Payne will compete after qualifying as individuals.
