The Siena Heights Men's Basketball Team travelled to Marygrove University on Saturday and came away with a decisive 83-59 victory.
The Saints came out on fire, going on a 17-2 run to start the game. They never looked back from there. At the halftime break, the Saints had a comfortable 45-23 lead, in part by creating 12 turnovers and shooting 48% in the half. In the second half, the Saint maintained their lead and added two points to it for the win. Leading the way for the Saints was Mark Snipes with 15 points.
With the win, the Saints move to 6-1 on the season. They will return to action on Tuesday when they travel across town to face hometown rival Adrian College. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 pm.
