Rocket Leagues Ranked 7th in Tespa Ladder Rankings

ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Siena Heights eSports teams competed this past week. The Rocket League Team was ranked 7th in the North America Tespa Ladder Rankings out of 391 teams that were announced on Monday.

The Rocket League team finished second at the Shawnee State LAN tournament, winning money. This week, the team defeated Rutgers 2-0, Arizona State 3-2, California 2-0, and Brock 2-0.

The League of Legends team earned its first win of the season over South Alabama.

Hearthstone defeated Ohio State and Overwatch fell 2-1 to Michigan State.

Hearthstone wraps up the preseason on Tuesday night and will not compete against until January.

Rocket League will host a LAN event this weekend in which seven teams from around the region will be on campus to compete in the event. The team also finish the open ladder competition on Sunday in which the team is ranked 23rd out of 591 teams.
