Bakers Lead Way in SHU Women's Volleyball Win Over LT

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -- Brianna Baker and Halie Baker smacked 12 and 10 kills, respectively, as the Siena Heights women's volleyball team claimed its fourth consecutive victory -- a 3-1 decision over Lawrence Tech in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference competition on Wednesday.

Carly Tillotson added 30 assists and Nicole Morgan made 18 digs for the Saints, who won the match with set scores of 25-15, 14-25, 25-23, 25-20.

Jessica Frakes had 12 kills for the Blue Devils (3-13, 0-5) while Audrianna Pratt put down 11 kills and Josie Queary set 39 assists. Also, Cassidy Porta had 18 digs and Mary Armstrong made six total blocks.

Siena Heights (10-5, 4-1) will be in action next when non-conference opponent -- and cross-town rival Adrian -- visits the SHU Fieldhouse for a 7 p.m. match on Friday.
