Women's Volleyball Wins in Five over CUAA

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Leze Vukaj finished with 15 kills while Halie Baker compiled 13 kills and 11 digs as the Siena Heights women's volleyball team earned a 3-2 comeback victory over Concordia in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference action on Friday.

Abby Whitehead added 10 kills and Carly Tillotson made 52 assists for the Saints, who won the match with set scores of 25-22, 23-25, 25-15, 15-13. The Saints trailed, 2-1, through three sets before winning the final two.

Tillotson also had 13 digs while dig-leader Nicole Morgan finished with 31.

Autumn VanKirk and Alisha Anderson led CUAA (7-9, 2-5) with 12 and 11 kills, respectively. Claire Truskowski added 44 assists and Hannah Staples totaled 23 digs.

The Saints (6-5, 3-4) will return to action Saturday morning with a 10 a.m. WHAC match against Lawrence Tech.
