DEARBORN, Mich. -- The Siena Heights women's volleyball team took on Michigan-Dearborn (9-13, 1-10 WHAC) on Saturday in a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference contest. The Saints grabbed the victory, 3-1.
SHU (23-4, 9-3 WHAC) dropped the first set by a score of 21-25, then rallied back, winning sets two (25-23), three (25-17) and four (25-15) to close out the match.
Christine Tylutki and Libby Breton each finished with 10 kills for Siena Heights. Tylutki also added 10 digs. Gabrielle Kalugar completed the match with a team high, 14 digs, while Amanda Metz distributed 31 assists. Ashleigh Shay led the Saints at the net, with eight assisted blocks. Taylor Felver contributed four aces in the match.
Next up, the Saints will host Concordia in a WHAC match-up on Wednesday, Oct. 25. First serve is set for 7:30 p.m.
