The following was printed on Reggie Blackmon's Hall of Fame Plaque.
Reggie Blackmon was a wide receiver and punt returner for the Saints from 2012 to 2015. He earned First Team All-MSFA Mideast honors once and Second Team All-MSFA Mideast honors twice during his career. Remarkably, he is the only Saint to be honored at two different positions in the same year—earning First Team recognition as a punt returner and Second Team honors as a wide receiver in 2015.
Blackmon’s name is prominent throughout the Saints’ record books. He holds the single-game receptions record with 11 catches—achieved twice, once in 2014 and again in 2015. He is responsible for two of the four 11-reception games in Saints history.
Upon graduation, Blackmon ranked: 1st in career pass reception yards (2,093), 1st in career pass receptions (165), 2nd in pass reception touchdowns (11), 3rd in average yards per catch (12.68), 2nd in receptions per game (4.12), 1st in all-purpose yards (2,645), 2nd in all-purpose yards per game (66.1), 2nd in total points scored (84), 2nd in touchdowns scored (14), 1st in punt return yards (383), 1st in punt returns (37), 1st in punt return touchdowns (2) and 1st in average yards per punt return (10.35).
Blackmon also holds the single-season record for pass receptions with 72 in 2015, and the fifth-highest mark with 52 in 2014. Additional top-ten single-season marks he held at the end of his career include: 2nd and 6th in pass reception yards (951 in 2015, 583 in 2014), 4th in pass reception touchdowns (5 in 2015), 2nd in average yards per catch (15.04 in 2013), 1st and 5th in receptions per game (7.20 in 2015, 5.20 in 2014), 2nd in all-purpose yards (1,237 in 2015), 2nd in all-purpose yards per game (123.7 in 2015), 2nd in touchdowns scored (8 in 2015), 1st and 3rd in punt return yards (258 in 2015, 125 in 2014), 1st and 3rd in punt returns (25 in 2015, 12 in 2014), 1st in punt return touchdowns (2 in 2015), and 2nd and 3rd in average yards per punt return (10.42 in 2014, 10.32 in 2015)
Blackmon was also a member of the 2014 MSFA Mideast Championship team.
