Hall of Fame

The following was printed on Paul Jacobs' Hall of Fame Plaque.

Paul Jacobs was a two-sport student-athlete for the Saints. He was a member of the inaugural football team, playing from 2011 to 2014, and also made a lasting impact as a member of the Track & Field team from 2011–12 through 2015–16.

Jacobs earned NAIA All-American honors in the hammer throw, finishing 7th at the 2016 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships. He claimed two WHAC titles during his career—winning the indoor weight throw in 2014 and the outdoor hammer throw in 2014. He also placed 3rd in the WHAC in the hammer throw in 2016.

A dedicated student-athlete, Jacobs was a three-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete, earning the honor with both the football and track & field teams as well as a four time Academic All-WHAC honoree.

He was a member of the 2014 MSFA Mideast Championship and Hall of Fame football team, as well as the Hall of Fame men’s track & field teams in 2012–13, 2013–14, 2014–15, and 2015–16.
