Darius Price was a defensive back for the Saints from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, Price was named an NAIA 1st Team All-American and also earned the MSFA Mideast Defensive Player of the Year honor. He was named 1st Team All-MSFA Mideast four times in his career, becoming the first Saint to earn four 1st Team awards. Price was also a Cliff Harris Award Finalist and the top vote-getter in the NAIA in 2017. 

Price made six career interceptions, which was the 4th best mark in SHU history at the time of his graduation. He recorded one fumble return touchdown, one of only eight in SHU history. His 94 career unassisted tackles ranked 4th upon graduation. Price’s five career forced fumbles remain the top mark in SHU history, along with his 34 career passes defended. 

In 2015, Price made four interceptions, the 3rd best single-season mark in SHU history at the time. He also forced three fumbles that season, which was the best mark in SHU history at that time. Additionally, Price’s 11 passes defended in 2014 were the 2nd highest single-season mark in SHU history then.
