The following was written on Justin Bascom's Hall of Fame Plaque.

Justin Bascom competed as a center for the Saints from the 1996–97 season through 1999–2000 and established himself as one of the program’s most dominant post players. During the 1998–99 season, he earned NAIA Honorable Mention All-American recognition. Bascom was named First Team All-WHAC once and Third Team All-WHAC once, and in 1999 he was selected as the Saints’ Co-MVP. He surpassed the 1,000-point milestone, finishing his career with 1,094 points. Upon graduation, Bascom ranked fourth in career rebounds with 769 and third in career blocks with 127, while shooting an impressive 51.43 percent from the field. He was a key contributor on two WHAC Conference Championship teams, three WHAC Tournament Championship teams, and four NAIA National Tournament qualifiers.
