The following was written on D'Jon Wimberly's Hall of Fame Plaque.

D’Jon Wimberly played for the Saints from 1976–77 through 1979–80 and earned First Team All-District 23 honors once. He became the fourth player in program history to reach the 1,000-point milestone, finishing his career with 1,185 points. Wimberly holds the single-game record for field goals made with 16 against St. Mary’s during the 1979–80 season and is widely regarded as one of the best defensive players ever to wear a Siena Heights uniform.
