The following was written on Emilier DeJesus' Hall of Fame Plaque.
Emilier DeJesus served as the libero for the men’s volleyball team from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, he earned NAIA Second Team All-American honors, becoming the only student-athlete in program history to receive a Second Team NAIA All-American award in men’s volleyball. DeJesus was named WHAC Libero of the Year in 2019 and received First Team All-WHAC honors once and Second Team All-WHAC honors once during his career. He was also recognized as an NVA/AVCA Honorable Mention All-American.
DeJesus holds the program’s career record for digs with 932 and ranks in the top ten in school history for both career aces (third, 102) and career assists (ninth, 209). He also owns several top-ten single-season records, including first, second, and fourth in single-season digs (323 in 2019, 309 in 2017, and 290 in 2020) and third and fifth in single-season aces (43 in 2017 and 38 in 2019).
