The following was written on the 2013-14 Women's Basketball Team's Hall of Fame Plaque:
The 2013–14 Women’s Basketball Team earned their second consecutive berth in the NAIA National Tournament after finishing second in the WHAC. They secured their spot in the field as the WHAC Tournament runner-up following a second-place regular season finish.
The Saints finished the year with an overall record of 26–9, averaging 73.5 points per game while allowing only 59.3 points per game. At the National Tournament, the Saints recorded the first and only NAIA National Tournament win in SHU history, defeating Tennessee Wesleyan before falling in the second round.
Sierra Calhoun was named an NAIA Honorable Mention All-American. Calhoun and Grace Howrigon earned First Team All-WHAC honors, while Morgan Warfield received Honorable Mention All-WHAC recognition. Calhoun also earned WHAC All-Defensive Team honors.
The roster featured three SHU Hall of Famers — Sierra Calhoun, Grace Howrigon, and Morgan Warfield — and the team was led by Hall of Fame head coach Sue Syljebeck.
