The following was written on the 2019-20 Women's Basketball Team's Hall of Fame Plaque:
The 2019–20 Women’s Basketball Team earned an at-large berth to the NAIA National Tournament after finishing second in the WHAC regular season standings. The Saints finished the season with a 27–6 record, tying the program record for most wins in a single season.
The team averaged 75.5 points per game while allowing only 60.6 points per game.
Peyton Banks was named a First Team NAIA All-American and earned WHAC Player of the Year honors, while Demi Russell was recognized as a Second Team NAIA All-American. Both Banks and Russell were selected to the First Team All-WHAC, with Kelsey Wyman earning Second Team All-WHAC honors and Kiana Votova named to the WHAC All-Defensive Team.
The roster featured three SHU Hall of Famers — Peyton Banks, Sha’kiya Parker, and Demi Russell — and the team was led by Hall of Fame head coach Sue Syljebeck.
