The following was written on the 2023-24 Women's Basketball Team's Hall of Fame Plaque:
The 2023–24 Women’s Basketball Team earned its second consecutive trip to the NAIA National Tournament after finishing as runner-up in the WHAC Tournament and securing a second-place finish in the regular season standings. The Saints ended the year with a 27–5 record, tying the school record for most wins in a season.
They averaged 69.1 points per game while allowing just 51.1 points per game. Kayla Hinton earned First Team All-WHAC honors, while Olivia DeLong and E’Anna Won received Second Team All-WHAC recognition. DeLong and Won were also named to the WHAC All-Defensive Team, and Madison Vice was selected to the WHAC All-Freshman Team.
The roster featured two SHU Hall of Famers, Kayla Hinton and E’Anna Won, and was led by Hall of Fame coach Sue Syljebeck.
