Cassie Keeping was a versatile competitor for the Saints, excelling in sprints, jumps, hurdles, and the pentathlon. She earned NAIA All-American honors with an eighth-place finish in the pentathlon at the 2012–13 NAIA Indoor Championships, scoring 3,127 points. Keeping qualified for and competed in eight additional NAIA National Championship events across multiple disciplines.
She helped lead the Saints to a 10th-place team finish at the 2012–13 NAIA Indoor Championships and captured one WHAC championship during her career, along with seven additional podium finishes. Keeping holds the Siena Heights pentathlon school record with a score of 3,450 points, set in 2013. She was also a two-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete, four-time Academic All-WHAC honoree, and a member of the WHAC Champions of Character team.
