Hall of Fame

The following was printed on Mariah Ridal's Hall of Fame Plaque:

Mariah Ridal was a key contributor in mid-distance events, relays, and cross country for the Saints, earning three NAIA All-American honors. Individually, she finished sixth in the 600-meter run at the 2016–17 NAIA Indoor Championships. Ridal also earned All-American honors as part of the fourth-place 4 × 400-meter relay at the same championships and the fifth-place 4 × 800-meter relay at the 2014–15 NAIA Indoor Championships.

Ridal competed in eight additional relay events at NAIA National Championships and helped lead the Saints to four top-10 team finishes, including a third-place finish at the 2016 NAIA Outdoor Championships. She was a member of multiple WHAC championship relay teams and holds both WHAC and Siena Heights records as part of the 4 × 800-meter relay teams. Ridal also excelled academically, earning four NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors, seven WHAC All-Academic selections, and recognition on the WHAC Champions of Character team. She was a member of the Hall of Fame 2014–15, 2015–16, and 2016–17 Women’s Track & Field teams.
