The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2026 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The Siena Heights Competitive Cheer Program had three student-athletes earn this distinction.
In order to be nominated for the NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year.
Earning the award for the Saints was:
Cheyenne Eichler (1st time), senior, psychology major from Hudson, Michigan
Bobby Lindsey (2nd time), senior, theatre major from Belleville, Michigan
Savannah Rambow (1st time), junior, psychology major from Rochester Hills, Michigan
