GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's basketball season came to an end as the Saints dropped an 83-48 contest to ninth-ranked Davenport in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference action on Saturday.

Christian Covile had 13 points and seven rebounds while Jerrell Martin contributed 10 points and eight rebounds for the Saints (11-19, 7-15). Also, Kirtis Murphy put in 11 points.

The Saints took an early 4-0 lead before DU enjoyed a 21-5 stretch in its favor. Davenport's JaVontae Ford had 10 of his game-high 25 points during the run.

The host Panthers (24-5, 17-4) eventually pushed its advantage to 20 points with a 47-27 halftime lead. Davenport led by 20-or-more the rest of the way.

Ford also had 10 rebounds to complete a double-double. Dominez Burnett added 15 points and Nick Gamble chipped in with 10 points.
