HOWELL, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's golf team placed sixth at the Cleary Fall Invitational, which took place at Chemung Hills Golf Course. A total of 43 golfers from seven schools competed.
Andrew Ioanou was the top SHU golfer, tying for 22nd with an 85 on the 6,438-yard, par-72 course.
The Saints had a team score of 357 while team winner Rochester finished with a 319. Rochester's Chet Ryeson and Cleary's Devin Young tied for the low round with 76s.
Siena Heights will return to action on Saturday when it hosts the third Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference jamboree at Lenawee Country Club.
