AUGUSTA, Mich. -- The Siena Heights men's golf team placed fourth at the WHAC Championship on Monday and Tuesday at Stoatin Brae Golf Club. The WHAC Championship is a 54-hole tournament. The Saints played 36 holes on the first day and completed the final 18 on day two. Lawrence Tech won the tournament and the outright WHAC Championship with a 54-hole cumulative score of 889.
The Saints accumulated a three-day team score of 912.
Jakob Gross and Ben Ellis led the charge for SHU. Gross placed ninth individually with a three-day score of 225 (76, 71, 78). Ellis finished one stroke back, tying for 10th with a 226 (77, 72, 77).
