BATTLE CREEK, Mich. -- Connor Parisien tied for ninth among 55 golfers as the Siena Heights men's golf team opened its spring campaign at Olivet's Lou Collins Memorial on Friday and Saturday at Bedford Valley Golf Club.
Parisien opened the tournament with an 83 before following with a two-over-par 74 on Saturday, finishing with a two-day 157.
As a team, Siena Heights tied for fifth among eight squads. Its team total was 642 (322-320).
Kalamazoo won the team championship at Bedford Valley, compiling a 621 (308-313). Rochester Christian's Daniel Runkel was medalist with a 150 (75-75).
