SHU Men's Soccer Falls at Indiana Tech
FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- The Siena Heights men's soccer team fell to Indiana Tech, 4-1, in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference action on Wednesday.

Clayton Tomczyk scored the lone SHU goal, cutting a two-goal deficit in half, but the Warriors eventually added a pair of late insurance tallies.

Host Indiana Tech (7-3-1, 1-3-0) scored its first two goals just 47 seconds apart. Zachary St. Aubin found the net in the 17th minute and then Robbie Kiernan put the hosts ahead, 2-0, during the 18th.

Tomczyk had his goal in the 58th minute, getting an assist from Bryant M. White.

Indiana Tech's final two scores game in the 80th and 89th minutes. Adam Knight hit an unassisted goal to put the Warriors up, 3-1, and then Braden Walker put in a goal with assists from Knight and Stuart Mitchell.

Brandon Gonzalez had seven saves in net for the Saints (5-7-1, 2-4-0) while Indiana Tech goalie Reece Richardson stopped three shots for the win.

The Saints will return to action with a WHAC contest on Saturday at Lawrence Tech. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m.
