Four Men's Soccer Players Recognized as NAIA Scholar-Athletes

A total of four Siena Heights men's soccer players were recognized as Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes, as announced by the NAIA recently.

The honorees include seniors Bryce DeLamielleure, Michael Hummon and Clayton Tomczyk and junior Keith Swistock.

DeLamielleure is a Sport Management major, Tomczyk majors in Biology and Hummon studies Business Management. Swistock is a double-major in Accounting and Business Management. All four were honored on the 2014 Academic All-Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Team as well.

DeLamielleure, Hummon and Tomczyk are now two-time Academic All-WHAC honorees while DeLamielleure and Tomczyk are two-time NAIA Scholar-Athletes.

In order to be nominated for the award, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status. A total of 413 men were recognized.
