ADRIAN, Mich. -- Alan Alston won the pole vault as the Siena Heights men's outdoor track and field team placed fifth at the WHAC Championships, which took place Thursday and Friday at O'Laughlin Stadium.

Alston had a winning height of 14 feet, 9 inches (4.50 meters).

Jordan Harris recorded an NAIA provisional distance while placing third in the discus. He reached 165-9 (50.53m).
