SYLVANIA, Ohio -- The Siena Heights men's volleyball team had its season come to an end with a 3-0 WHAC Tournament first-round loss to Lourdes on Tuesday.

Daniel Rua had 12 kills and Zak Tucker made 25 assists for the Saints (12-13). Jonathan Stovring added four blocks.

SHU got off to a fast start, taking a 5-1 lead in the opening set before Lourdes answered. The host Gray Wolves eventually finished the set with a 5-0 streak.

Lourdes opened the second with a 9-4 start and held for a 2-0 match lead.

Siena Heights opened the third with a 3-0 run, but the Wolves answered again. SHU held a 10-7 lead, which Lourdes ran past with six straight points to go up 13-10. LU led the rest of the way after that.
