The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the Men's Wrestling 2026 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes.  The Saints had three student-athletes earn this distinction. 

In order to be nominated for the NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year.

Earning the award for the Saints was:

Nolan McDowell (1^st time), sophomore, data analytics major from Plymouth, Michigan

Brandon Rau (3^rd time), senior, criminal justice major from Tecumseh, Michigan

Benjamin Westerlund (1^st time), sophomore, chemistry major from Matfors, Sweden
