LANSING, Mich. -- Tyler Landis was the top Siena Heights runner with a 13th-place finish as the Saints men's cross country team competed at The Lansing Invitational on Friday.
Landis ran the 8-kilometer course in 27 minutes, 21 seconds, as SHU placed 5th out of 13 teams. The Saints scored a 146. The hosts Lansing Community College won the invitational, led by Jesse Carson's time of 26:08 to win the invitational individually.
The Saints will return to action on Friday, Sept. 27 at The Siena Heights Invitational.
