The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2025 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The Siena Heights Men's Cross Country Program had four student-athletes earn this distinction.
In order to be nominated for the NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year.
Earning the award for the Saints was:
Gabriel Iott (3rd time), senior, exercise science major from Monroe, Michigan
Tyler Landis (3rd time), senior, business major from Homer, Michigan
Kyle Pequet (1st time), sophomore, business administration major from Napoleon, Michigan
Luke VanAssche (2nd time), junior, biology major from Romulus, Michigan
