LIMA, Ohio -- The Siena Heights softball team lost two games to Northwestern Ohio, 7-3 and 13-4, during WHAC action on Friday.

The Saints will return to action Saturday with a noon WHAC doubleheader at Indiana Tech.

Game one: Northwestern Ohio 7, Siena Heights 3
Liberti Fair had a three-hit game for the Saints.

Trailing 3-0, the Saints tied the contest with a 3-run third. Faith Breinager had an RBI in the inning.

UNOH scored the next four runs: one in the third, one in the fifth and two in the sixth.

Shyann Truax pitched six innings, totaling six strikeouts and two walks.

Game two: Northwestern Ohio 13, Siena Heights 4 (5 innings)
Fair scored a pair of runs and had an RBI. Ellie Thelen drove in three runs.

A squeeze bunt by Thelen helped SHU take a 1-0 lead in the first inning. UNOH answered with the next 13 runs.

Siena Heights scored the final three runs in the fifth. Fair had an RBI groundout and Thelen hit a two-run single.
