Siena Heights softball player Lee Clinton was named the National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Region Team for Region VI.

Clinton earns All-Region First Team honors after claiming All-WHAC Second Team accolades.

A sophomore, Clinton led the Saints in several offensive categories, finishing with team-highs of a .448 batting average, .538 on-base, .784 slugging, 55 runs, six triples, seven homers, 21 walks, 91 total bases and a school-record 35 stolen bases -- and a tie for the team lead with 52 hits. Within the WHAC, she was third in on-base, slugging, runs and stolen bases, tied for third in triples and homers, fifth in batting average, seventh in total bases and tied for eighth in walks.

Clinton was also fourth on the SHU roster in doubles (6) and RBI (22).
