Two Women's Basketball Players Named NAIA Scholar Athletes

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the Women's Basketball 2025-26 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes.  The Saints had two student-athletes team earn this distinction.

In order to be nominated for the NAIA Scholar-Athlete, an individual must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year.

Earning the award for the Saints was:

Lauren DeWolf (1st time), senior, multidisciplinary studies major from Ypsilanti, Michigan

Victoria Serrano Ortiz (2nd time), junior, biology major and chemistry minor from Cayey, Puerto Rico
