FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- A total of four Saints placed in the Top 20 individually, including tenth-place bowler Shelby Perry, as the Siena Heights women's bowling team finished second among six squads at the third Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference jamboree, which took place at Country Lanes.
Perry had a high game of 212 and high series of 716 (179.0 average) as SHU finished with a 6,369 score. Davenport led the team scores with 6,517.
Tiffany Logan added a 209 game and 706 series to place 12th (176.5) and Amanda Blackwell had games of 200 and 195 to finish with a 704 series (176.0).
Also, Katarina Coulson had a 182 game and 685 series (173.75) to place 18th. Laura Robinson contributed a 191 game.
Haley Hysell of Lawrence Tech was the top individual bowler among 59 competitors; she had an 840 (210 average).
In the team standings, SHU is third with 14 points. The Saints trail Davenport (21) and Northwestern Ohio (16) while leading Lawrence Tech (13), Indiana Tech (11), Aquinas (6) and Concordia (2).
