ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Sydney Gossett tied for 11th and Andrea Richards placed 13th individually as the Siena Heights women's golf team took fourth at the first Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference jamboree, which took place at Polo Fields Country Club on Friday.
Gossett carded an 83 and Richards fired an 84 on the 5,800-yard, par-72 layout.
Alyssa Fausneaucht and Andrea Rumler shot 87s to tie for 18th and round out the Saints' scoring.
SHU had a team score of 341, finishing behind Madonna (314), Indiana Tech (324) and Lawrence Tech (336).
Three players -- Madonna's Ayla Bogie and Chelsea Collura and Indiana Tech's Wiebke Schlender -- tied for medalist honors. Each carded 76.
The Saints will return to play on Sunday, Sept. 14, at Defiance's Jon P. Spiess Memorial.
