Autumn McMillin is in her second year as an assistant coach for the Siena Heights women's lacrosse team. She is a graduate of Tecumseh High School and recorded a national record for goals in a season during her time with the Indians (157).
McMillin played four years of college lacrosse for Indiana Tech. She helped the Warriors to a National Women's Lacrosse League championship in 2010 and was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player.
McMillin received several accolades while playing for Indiana Tech. She was named All-Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference First Team as a senior, junior and freshman, and All-WHAC Second Team as a sophomore. McMillin also received national honors on the All-NWLL First Team as a junior and All-NWLL Second Team as a senior. During her years with Indiana Tech, the squad won an NWLL title, placed runner-up twice, and finished third once.
McMillin is the daughter of Ralph and Angela McMillin.
