ANN ARBOR and GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Emma Valentine recorded an NAIA auto height in the high jump and Linnearia Richards ran a provisional-qualifying time in the 60-meter hurdles as the Siena Heights women's indoor track and field team competed at Aquinas' Jack Flaminio Classic and Michigan's Wolverine Invitational on Saturday.

Valentine, who already had an auto in the high jump, cleared 5 feet, 6 inches (1.68 meters) for fourth place at Michigan.

Also at Michigan, Richards' 60-hurdles finals time of 8.78 seconds was good enough for third. She was seeded sixth after running an 8.87 during preliminaries.

Richards also placed runner-up in the 400 in 58.73 and third in the long jump with an 18-3 1/4 (5.57m).
