Morgan Choszcyk was a versatile and multi-talented student-athlete for Siena Heights University, competing in throwing events, relays, and cross country throughout her career. She earned NAIA All-American honors with an eighth-place finish in the javelin at the 2010 NAIA Outdoor National Championships, recording a throw of 42.56 meters.

Choszcyk qualified for three additional NAIA National Championship events, competing in the javelin at the 2012 NAIA Outdoor Championships, as well as on the 4 × 100-meter relay team that finished 14th at the same meet. She also competed on the 4 × 400-meter relay team at the 2011–12 NAIA Indoor Championships, where the team placed 11th.

At the conference level, Choszcyk won the WHAC javelin championship at the 2011 Outdoor Championships and added a runner-up finish in the event in 2012. She was also part of two relay teams that finished third at the 2012 WHAC Outdoor Championships in the 4 × 100-meter and 4 × 400-meter relays and added three third place finishes. Her success extended beyond competition, as she earned three NAIA Scholar Athlete awards, three WHAC All-Academic honors, and was named to the WHAC Champions of Character team.
