Haley Hudson was a standout thrower for the Saints from 2014–15 through 2018–19. Over her career, she earned four NAIA All-American honors, all in the shot put, and was equally accomplished in the classroom, earning three NAIA Scholar-Athlete awards and four WHAC All-Academic honors.

Hudson’s top national finishes included a runner-up performance at the 2019 NAIA Outdoor Championships with a throw of 15.14 meters, as well as a 4th-place finish at the 2016 NAIA Indoor Championships (14.06m), 5th place at the 2019 NAIA Indoor Championships (14.19m), and 8th place at the 2016 NAIA Outdoor Championships (14.16m). She also placed in the top 20 in the shot put at the 2015 and 2018 NAIA Indoor and Outdoor Championships.

Hudson’s success contributed to four top-10 team finishes at NAIA Championship Meets, including 3rd place (2016 Outdoor), 4th place (2016 Indoor), 7th place (2019 Outdoor), and 8th place (2018 Indoor).

Within the WHAC, Hudson captured five conference titles in the shot put — winning the 2018 and 2019 Indoor titles and the 2015, 2018, and 2019 Outdoor titles. She also earned second place in both the 2016 Indoor and Outdoor Championships, and third place at the 2015 Indoor meet. In addition, she claimed third-place finishes in the javelin at the 2015 and 2016 WHAC Outdoor Championships.

Hudson remains the Siena Heights University record holder in the shot put for both Indoor and Outdoor competitions. She set the Indoor record in 2018 with a throw of 48’ 0.75”, and the Outdoor record in 2019 with a throw of 49’ 8.25”.

She was also a member of the Hall of Fame 2014-15, 2015-16, and 2016-17 Women’s Track & Field teams.
